First off grind the shrimp, potatoes, onions, garlic, and parsley together. Next add the eggs, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir the mixture well to incorporate all the ingredients. You can use can either use a skillet or a deep-fryer. With the oil at 375° dip out some of the mixture with a tablespoon and put it into the oil and fry. You will need to turn it over once. Let fry until golden in color. Serve as a side dish or as a full meal with French toast nad vegetables.
