In a pan, pour hot sauce over the fish. Salt the fish. Put the fish in the flour or fish fry, making sure the batter is even on both sides. Preheat the cooking oil to 375°. Shake off the excess flour or fry mix and put the filets into the oil. Cook both sides until golden brown.
