In a bowl scramble or beat the eggs and then add the milk, vinegar, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Add the frog legs to the mixture and let marinate for 2 hours. remove the frog legs from the marinade and season once again. Next put the frog legs into the flour covering all sides well. In a preheated skillet at 375°, fry the frog legs until golden. It should just take about 10 minutes.
