Pour hot sauce over the filets and let set or marinade for 10 minutes. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Generously cover the filets with mustard. Put the filets in the corn flour making sure they are covered well. shake of the excess and put them in a deep-fryer. Fry until golden in color which usually takes 5 to 10 minutes
