Put the cayenne pepper, salt, red chilli peppers, thyme, rosemary, andoregano in a small bowl and grind them until you get it finely ground. Shell, de-vein, and rinse the shrimp. In a heavy saucepan melt the butter over a high heat. Add the garlic, worcestershire sauce, and the seasoning. Cook until it becomes bubbly then add the shrimp and continue to cook for about 5 more minutes. Now add the beer. Cook for 5 more minutes. Serve this over cooked rice.
